1. About the service

Toppers' Tube is a learning service operated by Adipath. Use is subject to these terms and clearly displayed terms for a chosen plan/feature. Under 18 users should involve a parent or guardian in account use and purchases.

2. Your account

Use accurate account details and keep credentials private. Access is intended for the account holder. Device-registration requirements may apply to premium content; do not bypass access checks or share paid access without permission. Contact us about unauthorised account use.

3. Plans, inclusions and validity

Check the scope, price, content types and validity shown in the app before purchase. Chapter covers the selected chapter only; Subject covers all chapters in that subject for the selected content package; Class covers all subjects in that class for that package. Notes, videos and combined packages have different inclusions. A video's attached notes/practice follow that video's access. Videos and other resources vary by chapter. Chapter plans do not include premium scheduled live tests. An active eligible subject or class plan qualifies for premium live tests in that class during its validity. Free/temporarily free content follows its displayed status/dates. Premium access may end on expiry.

4. Payments and purchase support

Check scope, inclusions, amount and validity before payment. Payments are processed by the checkout provider displayed. Applicable taxes, instalments or other purchase conditions should be shown before payment. For failed payment, duplicate charges, missing activation or refund requests, email topperstubeclasses@gmail.com with the transaction reference. Never share card details, passwords or OTPs. We review the payment and purchase terms; these terms do not remove rights/remedies under applicable law.

5. Practice, mock and live tests

Available practice/mock tests can be taken without a scheduled live start. Live tests take place at scheduled times and may have attempt, timing and result-publication rules. Follow instructions and use a reliable connection. Results describe performance within the test; they aren't official exam results or guarantees of future marks.

6. Learning content and permitted use

Content is for personal learning. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly share, record protected content or remove access controls without rights-holder permission. Use resources for your own study in the ways enabled by the app. Names, logos and content remain subject to their owners' rights.

7. Respectful and fair use

Do not impersonate, submit harmful/unlawful material, abuse support staff, interfere with services, exploit tests or seek unauthorised access. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect users/service. Contact support if you think a restriction was made in error.

8. Availability and learning expectations

Features depend on available content, supported devices, connectivity and third-party services. Maintenance/outages may occur. We aim to offer useful learning resources but do not guarantee marks, ranks, admission or exam outcomes. Report incorrect/unavailable material for investigation.

9. Privacy

10. Updates and questions
