1. Who we are

2. Information involved in using our services

Account and profile: sign-in information, account ID, name, email, phone number, optional profile photo, and education/location details you enter, such as class, study preferences, district and state.

Learning and tests: submitted answers, test attempts, scores, results and learning activity needed for the features you use.

Purchases: chosen plans, activation/expiry, order and payment references, transaction status and relevant invoices. Checkout may share your name, email and phone with Razorpay.

Support: messages, issue reports, feedback, feature requests and files you choose to send.

Device and technical information: device/app identifiers, Android device information, device-registration security proofs, notification tokens, service logs and usage information. Firebase Analytics is included in the Android app.

Website: information you send by email or WhatsApp and technical information processed by the website host. This website has no separate student account or payment checkout.

3. Why information is used

We use relevant information to sign you in, provide and protect purchased access, deliver learning content, record test attempts/results, process purchases, send service notifications, answer support requests, resolve problems and improve reliability. Study preferences help show relevant content. Device registration helps protect premium access from unauthorised use.

4. Service providers and sharing

Google/Firebase provides authentication, data storage, server functions, notifications and app analytics; Razorpay handles payments; Wix hosts this website. Videos/external content may use YouTube or providers identified when opened. Email and WhatsApp requests are handled by their providers. Relevant information is shared to operate the features you use, with authorised support personnel, and where necessary for legal requirements, fraud prevention and security. Do not send full card credentials or payment PINs to support.

5. Permissions, cookies and local storage

The app may request notifications and camera/image access when you choose to change your profile picture. Manage permissions in Android settings. Learning content and access information may be cached on your device to improve performance and reduce repeated downloads. The website host may use cookies for operation/security; additional cookie choices should be presented through consent controls. External providers' privacy policies apply to their services.

6. Students and parents

Some learners may be under 18. Under 18 users should involve a parent or guardian, particularly for purchases and sharing personal information. Parents/guardians can contact us about access, correction or deletion. Any consent or verification required by applicable law must be completed; this policy does not replace those requirements.

7. Retention and deletion

Information is kept as long as needed for the service or applicable payment, legal, dispute-resolution and security requirements. Different records may require different periods. You can request account and associated personal-data deletion using the Account Deletion link in the footer. We explain any records that must be retained when processing your request.

8. Your choices and requests

Edit supported profile details in the app and manage notification permissions. Contact us for access to information, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion. Some information is needed for a paid feature; removing it may affect access. We may verify ownership to protect your account.

9. Security and processing locations

We use available account, access and device safeguards. No system guarantees absolute security. Keep credentials and OTPs private. Providers may process information in different countries depending on infrastructure; we do not promise every record remains in one country.
