REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
Use this page to request deletion of your Toppers’ Tube or Adipath app account. Allow at least seven calendar days for ownership verification and processing. We will send confirmation by email.

Email Request
Send an email to topperstubeclasses@gmail.com with the subject line “Account deletion request”. In the email, include the app name (Toppers’ Tube or Adipath), the registered full name, and the registered email address or phone number on the account. Never send your password or OTP.

Phone Confirmation
After sending your email, call +91 8811044119 to help confirm your request. If you cannot call, reply to support emails to continue verification. Your request remains valid.

Verification & Deletion
We verify your ownership and process the request. We will send a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What happens to your data
We delete your account and associated profile, learning records, and device/notification information. Some payment/accounting, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may need to be retained for legitimate required purposes. We will explain applicable exceptions during confirmation. Account deletion ends your account access. It does not itself create a refund or cancel any separate recurring payment arrangement. Contact support about active payments before requesting deletion.
